At Globus Consulting, we offer comprehensive HVAC design services to meet your needs.

We specialize in Inverter Driven Heat Pump System sizing and design

All our designs include:

• Manual J: Complete load calculation based on construction and envelope details submitted by the customer.
• Manual S: Equipment selection based on the customer’s preferred brand and type, or recommendations for optimal performance.
• Manual D: Duct design for new construction, based on customer consultation or detailed construction drawings if submitted.

Basic Services

• $650 - Up to 2,000 sqft Single Story
• $850 - 2,000 - 3,000 sqft with1 system
• $1,200 - 3,000 - 5,000 sqft with more than 1 system
• $1,600 - 5,000 - 8,00 sqft with more than 1 system
• Contact us for pricing for homes greater than 8,000 SqFt or more complex designs

High-Performance Homes

For ZERH, Energy Star, or Passive homes:

• $3,500 - Up to 3,000 sqft
• $5,000 - 3,000 sqft - 5,000 sqft

Includes:

• Consultations with the build team
• Two onsite consultations (One at frame stage, one verification post rough-in)

On-site Services

• Building Science focused envelope review and consulting
• Mechanical design consultation 
• Inverter system installation and startup training
• IAQ diagnostics
